Стейджи это вообще условное деление. Примерно вот так:
stage 1-chip (new program or ECU module which allows the engine to run at higher boost pressure)
stage 2-chip and exhaust (stock turbos)
stage 3-chip, large turbos and exhaust (and extras, fuel management, etc)
