дсмлинк в сапорте у себя пишут что с пина 56 с мозга который идет на пин 1 на обд2
должно быть питание 5В
5+ даже
а мы сколько не проверяли у нас получаетя 4.3-4.5
но даже 5 никогда не было
в этом не может быть проблемы?

мы припаяли провод прямо к этому пину на мозгах и напрямую провод кинули на обд2 и таже фигня

Based on what you've written and described, your next step is to confirm
whether the cable is actually working or not. And the only way I can
think to do that is to try swapping the cable with someone that has a
working setup. That may not be an option for you given your location
(I'm assumign you're located in Ukraine, but I could be mistaken).
So the next best option would be to either send your cable back to us
and let us test it here or simply order a replacement and see if that
fixes your problem. I'm really not sure what else to suggest.
