To be clear, the seals from E.B. Atmus are NOT just O-rings, they are just like the OEM seals. After a lot of hunting this is the cheapest place to get the right seals. BTW, the 10x14x3 sizing means 10mm ID, 14mm OD, and 3mm thickness.

As an aside, Craig Berndt did some looking and has found a place where one can obtain the seals. I was purchasing them from a local supplier in my area, but wasn't sure whose make they were, only that they worked. Craig says that they are available from Chicago Rawhide, part # 3930 CR 10x14x3 HM4 R.
